Drawing from her comprehensive grant management background, Wula adeptly navigates the perspectives of both grantee and foundation, offering invaluable expertise in forging fruitful foundation and institutional partnerships.

Wula specializes in three primary consulting areas:

  • Communications: Expertise in social media, brand management, press, and fundraising messaging.
  • Organizational Change: Profound insights into nonprofits’ developmental stages, facilitating strategic planning and succession.
  • Internal Policy and Culture: Leveraging her nonprofit management experience, Wula navigates hierarchical structures, advocates transparency, and implements policies aligning with radical social justice values.

Her approach centers on an intergenerational model, honoring the traditions of black and faith communities while creating inclusive spaces for dialogue among different generations. Wula’s vision transcends uniformity in language or agreement, aiming instead for collective progress towards a society rooted in abundance, rejecting white supremacy, and challenging the effects of state capitalism on our societal landscape.
